Outpatient Clinic
The Outpatient Clinic is a child/family oriented program that provides outpatient mental health services to assess, evaluate, and/or treat individuals, families or groups experiencing psychological distress that is affecting their relationships and ability to function in the environment. The Outpatient Clinic provides: Play Therapy; Family, Individual, and Group Therapy; Psychosocial Assessments; Medication Evaluations, Prescription and Monitoring; Crisis Intervention.

Victim Treatment Program
The Victim Treatment Program is a bilingual therapeutic program focusing on children and families that are in emotional distress as a result of the victimization of a crime. The program specializes in children and adults that are victims of physical and/or sexual abuse. The Victim Treatment Program provides: Play Therapy; Individual, Family, and Group Therapy.

School Outreach Program
The School Outreach Program is located at various school sites in the Gilroy school district. It provides onsite therapeutic services to children ranging 5-18 that are in emotional distress or have behavioral disturbances that are interfering with their ability to function in school. The School Outreach Program provides: Play Therapy; Individual and Family Therapy; Consultation to Schools; Crisis Intervention; Trainings and Workshops for School Personnel.

Day Treatment Program
The Day Treatment Program provides year round, 5 days a week, 3 hours a day treatment for emotionally troubled children (3-12 years) who require more intensive care than can be provided with an outpatient program. This program is designed as an early therapeutic intervention focusing on keeping the child in his/her home environment and as an alternative for residential placement. The program includes:
Structured Milieu therapy including art and recreational activities
Individual Psychotherapy
Family Therapy
Group Therapy
Transportation to and from facility
Referrals as needed
Medication Prescription and Evaluation
Consultation at schools and agencies
Conferences at schools to help plan educational services to fit the needs of the children
Aftercare Program
Outreach Program Services
All services in Outreach are free to the residents of San Benito and/or Santa Clara County.
Family Wellness for the Community
This is a six week parenting class, focusing on the family using skills that they already have and enhancing them. By using these skills, it will improve the family’s relationship by improving their communication skills.
Court Ordered Family Wellness
This is a 10 week parenting class which focuses on skills that parents can use to enhance their communication between family members. The series includes a session on nutrition and discipline.
Supervised Visitation
The Outreach Program provides supervised visitation for families under the jurisdiction of Social Service Agency or Family Court.
Chamberlain’s also conducts various programs depending on available grants and staffing which may include workshops, support groups etc.
All services provided in English and Spanish.
